Mallards Sauces Co. is a family-owned sauce company based in Homer City, Pennsylvania. Founded by Louis and Rachel Caruso, Mallards was built from a love of family, cooking, the outdoors, and recipes passed down through generations.

The mallard in the company name and logo is a tribute to the Caruso family's love of the outdoors and Italian heritage. Louis' grandfather was a gardener and cook, and family recipes were passed down over the years. Mallard decorations were always around the family home, making the bird a meaningful part of the brand's identity.

Today, Mallards Sauces Co. carries that same family inspiration into every bottle. Each sauce is crafted with bold flavor, fresh ingredients, and the kind of care that only comes from a family-run kitchen.
